How pricing works
We don't print prices, because a session is priced by its length and what you add. Here is what sets yours.
What decides the price
Your price follows the length of the session and the add-ons you choose. A 60-minute session and a 90-minute session with a neck-and-shoulders add-on are not the same hour. Cliff works alone, so there is no level to choose, and the booking page shows the price of each session before you book.

What the consultation covers
Every first visit starts with a scalp check: a look at your scalp and hair in daylight and a talk about what you'd like. It is part of the session. The 20-minute scalp check on its own is on the menu.

Deposits
Nape takes no deposit. We confirm your time by text the day before, and ask you to tell us within 24 hours if you need to move it.
Canceling or running late
We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, because the room and Cliff's hour are set aside for you. If you are running late, call us and we will see whether the session still fits.
Add-ons and changes on the day
An add-on can be booked with your session or on the day if the next hour allows. Cliff tells you what it changes in time and price before he starts, and you say yes first.
Neck and shoulders
More massage
Dry and brush-out
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can leave one at the end of your session.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card comes in any amount and works for any session. Ask how one is redeemed.
