Cliff trained as a cosmetologist and does every session himself. He asks before he starts, checks as he goes and stops when you ask. He speaks English and some Japanese.

Small, plain and quiet
White walls, a window, one reclining chair at a basin and a door that closes.
Towels are warmed before you arrive, and the room is kept for you for ten minutes after your hour ends. There is nothing to look at and nothing to decide, which is the point.
