Head spa in downtown Hilo
Nape is a private head spa on Keawe Street. Cliff does every session himself: a warm cleanse, brushing, a long scalp massage and a slow dry, with nobody else in the room.

The session in order
A standard session runs sixty minutes. This is how they are spent.
Slippers at the door, a robe if you'd like one. Cliff looks at your scalp and hair in daylight and asks what you want from the hour.
A warm rinse at the basin and an unscented cleanse, worked in slowly.
The longest part. A soft brush, then slow fingertip massage across the scalp, behind the ears and along the nape.
A last warm rinse at the basin.
A warm towel, a gentle dry and a comb-out. You leave when you are ready.

Questions
No. Come as you are, and take out clips and heavy earrings. The cleanse is part of the session.
It will be towel-dried and combed out, and may still be a little damp. Tell us when you book if you have somewhere to be, and add the dry and brush-out.
The hour includes a scalp massage, and the neck and shoulders add-on is done over your clothes. It is not a full-body massage.
Many people do. Cliff will bring you back gently at the end.
There is one room and one therapist, so a session is for one person at a time. Two friends can book back to back.
The price depends on the length of the session and any add-ons, and the booking page shows it. How pricing works explains what sets it.
Choose a time on the booking page, or call (808) 555-0110 and Cliff will call you back between sessions.
